Fourteen current and former members of Parliament admitted to scheming with travel agents to book luxury trips at taxpayer expense.

SAN DIEGO -- The U.S. State Department is looking into making a credit card-sized travel document, NBC7/39 reported. The card would be embedded with a microchip containing a person's pertinent information.
